Wedding favors are creative and beautiful way to convey thanks to your guests for making your wedding day a sweet memory. Usually wedding favors doesn’t need to be something expensive or overstated. It can be simple and sweet like chocolates or cookies. Edible favors are generally fun and creative. You can either buy them or make them by your own. Let’s have a glimpse on five such ideas that will allow your guests to take some taste of your wedding to their home.
- You can give something homemade like baked cookies or baked brownies, packed in tight containers or some nice decorated boxes. This idea you can try if you don’t have hassle of a huge wedding and keeping the event simple and sweet.
- Also try out small bites like candies or mints. Example Hershey’s kisses packed in small red pouch or a box. You can also give chocolates or candies which is you and your beloved loves or something that plays a significant part in your relationship.

- If you have wedding theme then try to give favor related to the theme. Choose any edible items that go with the food that you have decided for your wedding. Example If you have a garden party then you can give cute wooden box filled with tea, while a Mexican theme can have a basket full of fruits as wedding favor and many more.
- If you are ready to spend more money to give your guests a nice memory out of your wedding, then you can ask your caterer to make something special like cake, sweet goodies, hand made chocolates and many more.
While giving out this type of favor, you should keep in mind that whatever food item it may be, it should be meaningful to you and your guest. It should add some kind of sentiment which will remain as a memory to your guests.
